About Florida College System Capital Improvement Revenue Bond Program
This is the official investor website for the State of Florida Department of Education Florida College System Capital Improvement Revenue Bond program (formerly the Community College Capital Improvement Revenue Bond program) issued by the Florida Division of Bond Finance on behalf of the Department of Education.
The Florida College System Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds are issued to finance construction, equipment, renovation or remodeling of educational facilities at participating community colleges. The bonds are payable from certain capital improvement fees collected by all community colleges participating in the program, on a cross-collateralized basis.
